From Vision to Approval: Building the Right Regulatory & Clinical Evidence

Join the Respiradigm team with guest speaker Hugo LeMessurier for a candid & insightful discussion on regulatory & clinical trials strategy.

In this panel, Respiradigm will share what the team is building and why a robust regulatory and clinical trials strategy is non‑negotiable if you want to move fast without costly missteps.

We’ll start with the end in mind, visioning the product, defining a clear Target Product Profile (TPP), and then working backwards to map the clinical evidence package required for approval in priority markets.

Guest speaker Hugo LeMessurier will bring a clear, practical perspective with his catch cry: Australians often rush into a tiny human trial (with too few study subjects), which is an expensive detour. The smarter approach is to first confirm exactly what evidence regulators and payers will require, identify the gaps early, and design trials that directly de-risk approval and reimbursement.

The panel will also tackle the pragmatic questions founders and teams face:

  • Where are the evidence gaps today?
  • What preclinical/CMC/clinical pieces must be “decision-grade” before moving?
  • Who is best placed to fund which parts—grants, strategic partners, VCs, or non-dilutive programs?

Expect a candid discussion focused on clarity, sequencing, and capital efficiency, so the next steps are the right steps.
